Temperature -10°C should be set as the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. Ensure this thermistor is working at 60°C by keeping its operating temperature below that. In the PTC thermistor, the terminations are 2. There are 2 pins in this thermistor. When it works, this thermistor will provide a voltage of 16V. For the PTC thermistors, the current requirement is 9mA.
