PTFT1206L0100JV Overview
1206 (3216 Metric) packages are used for PTC thermistors to prevent the devices from being damaged. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to ensure safety. Using PTC thermistors at -55°C temperature should be their minimum operating temperature. A thermistor's operating temperature must not exceed 125°C for it to function. There should be no overheating when the thermistor's maximum capacity is 125mW.
