PTFT0603L1501JW Overview
It is recommended that the PTC thermistors be packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages to prevent damage to them. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). The terminations of the PTC thermistor are 2. This thermistor has 2 pins. It is possible for the PTC thermistors to operate at a voltage of 30V. If the thermistor can't transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating, it'll overheat. As for the DC circuit, these thermistors are rated for 30V. A PTC thermistors' heat rating is 0.075W.
