PTFT0603L1501JV Overview
Keeping PTC thermistors in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages prevents them from being damaged. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety protection. It is recommended to set the minimum operating temperature of the PTC thermistors at -55°C. There must be no temperature above 125°C for this thermistor to function. It is recommended that the thermistor's maximum power loss-transfer capability be set to 75mW in order to prevent overheating.
