PTFT0603L0100JV Overview
It is recommended that the PTC thermistors be packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages to prevent damage to them. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to ensure safety. For PTC thermistors, -55°C is the minimum operating temperature. A temperature of 125°C should not be exceeded during operation of this thermistor. It is expected that the thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss will be 75mW.
