To prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. In order to provide safety protection, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Bulk. A minimum operating temperature of -10°C should be set for the PTC thermistors. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 110°C. PTC thermistors are terminated at 2. When the PTC thermistors operate, they supply 16V. A thermistor of this type should be able to supply 16V voltage when it is operational. These PTC thermistors are designed to operate at 100mA current. As a rule of thumb, this thermistor should provide a maximum voltage of 16V to ensure reliable operation.
