PTCSL03T101DT1E Overview
It is recommended that the PTC thermistors be packaged in Disc, 4.0mm Dia x 3.0mm W packages to prevent damage to them. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used for the safety of these PTC thermistors. It is recommended that the minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors be set to -40°C. A thermistor must not operate at temperatures exceeding 165°C in order for it to function properly.
