PTCSC17T101DBE Overview
In order to prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, these devices are packaged in 0402 packages. Setting the minimum operating temperature of PTC thermistors to -20°C is recommended. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 115°C. There are 2 terminations on the PTC thermistor. A thermistor with 2 pins is available.
