In order to prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. PTC thermistors should operate at 0°C. In order for this thermistor to operate properly, the operating temperature cannot exceed 70°C. This thermistor has 2 pins. When it is working, this thermistor can provide 265V voltage nominally. PTC thermistors have been designed to operate at 400mA volts.
