To prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Radial packages. In order to ensure the safety of these PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Tape and Reel. In general, the PTC thermistors should be set to 0°C as their minimum operating temperature. A thermistor must not operate at temperatures exceeding 70°C in order for it to function properly.
