PTCCL05H650FBE Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in Disc, 5.0mm Dia x 5.0mm W packages. Temperature 0°C should be set as the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. A temperature of 70°C is required to ensure the thermistor works properly. It has a total of 2 pins. A thermistor in this range is nominally capable of supplying 145V voltage. For the current designed for PTC thermistors, 300mA has been selected.
