PT303J2 Overview
In the package of a Bulk, you can find NTC thermistors. It is included in the Bead, Epoxy package for convenience. NTC thermistors require a resistance tolerance of ±0.2°C for them to function. When using NTC thermistors, the temperature should be set to -80°C~150°C to ensure reliable operation. Temperatures can be set by the NTC thermistors to 30mW at any time.
