PT303J2 Overview
Thermistors manufactured by NTC are packaged as Bulk. NTC thermistors can operate reliably at 150°C because of their maximum operating temperature. An NTC thermistor can operate reliably at temperatures as low as -80°C. An NTC thermistor with a total of 2 terminations is presented here. If it is to perform reliably, its rated temperature must be 25°C.
