PS502J2 Overview
It is common to find NTC thermistors packaged in the form of a Bulk. Temperatures below 150°C are required for reliable NTC thermistors. In order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors can be operated at a minimum temperature of -80°C. It is noted that these NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminations. Electronic components are capable of absorbing power dissipation in the range 0.03W. In order to perform reliably, the rated temperature should be 25°C.
