PTC thermistors are packaged as 0805 units to prevent damage. Temperature -20°C should be set as the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. Ensure this thermistor is working at 130°C by keeping its operating temperature below that. A thermistor in this range is nominally capable of supplying 32V voltage. PTCC thermistors have been designed for a current of 100μA.
