PRF21BB471QB2RA Overview
0805 packages are used for PTC thermistors to prevent the devices from being damaged. A PTC thermistor should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -20°C. There must not be an increase in temperature above 140°C for this thermistor to work. This thermistor can supply 32V nominally when in operation. The PTC thermistors are designed for 100μA current.
