A 0805 package is used to protect PTC thermistors. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel. ldeally, the PTC thermistors should operate at -20°C. If this thermistor is to work correctly, it must operate at 150°C. The terminations of the PTC thermistor are 2. As you can see, this thermistor has 2 pins. When it works, this thermistor can supply 32V voltage. The PTC thermistors are designed for 100μA current.
