In order to prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0603 packages. It is advisable to set the PTC thermistors to -20°C as the minimum operating temperature. A temperature of 150°C should not be exceeded during operation of this thermistor. When it works, this thermistor can supply 32V voltage. The PTC thermistors are designed for 100μA current.
