It is important to protect PTC thermistors from damage by placing them in 0603 packages. For PTC thermistors, -20°C should be the minimum operating temperature. In order for this thermistor to operate properly, the operating temperature cannot exceed 150°C. A PTC thermistor has a termination of 2. It has a total of 2 pins. When it is operational, the thermistor should be able to supply 32V voltage. For the current designed for PTC thermistors, 100μA has been selected.
