PTC thermistors are packaged in 0603 packages to ensure their protection. It is recommended to set the minimum operating temperature of the PTC thermistors at -20°C. A temperature of 120°C is required to ensure the thermistor works properly. In theory, this thermistor should be capable of supplying 32V when it is working. These PTC thermistors are designed to operate at 100μA current.
