It is important to protect PTC thermistors from damage by placing them in 0603 packages. A safety protective package is included with these PTC thermistors. For PTC thermistors, the minimum operating temperature should be -20°C. A thermistor's operating temperature must not exceed 160°C for it to function. 2 terminations are present on the PTC thermistor. The thermistor has a maximum of 2 pins. When the PTC thermistors operate, they supply 32V. When it is operational, the thermistor should be able to supply 32V voltage. PTC thermistors have been designed to operate at 100μA volts. It is important that the voltage supplied by this thermistor in the DC circuit should not be higher than 32V. For DC circuits, these thermistors can handle voltages up to 32V.
