PN3565 Overview


A collector emitter saturation voltage of 350mV allows maximum design flexibility.For high efficiency, the continuous collector voltage must be kept at 450mA.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 6V allows for a high level of efficiency.In this part, there is a transition frequency of 40MHz.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 50mA volts.
