PLL1700EG4 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. The 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package includes this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 20 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 5V voltage should be applied. As the Clock PLL's input, TTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
