As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
