PL602032UMG Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. In the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be HCSL, Crystal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An up to 100MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. There are 2.25V~3.63V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVCMOS logic levels is presented here. PL602032 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts. The operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. There is even a possibility that this clock generator ic will last even when the temperature is 85°C.
