PL602-21SI Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. As you can see, it consists of 8 terminations. This clock generator receives its inputs from Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 100MHz maximum.
