PL123E-09OC Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. The supply voltage of 2.5V allows for high efficiency. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 220MHz. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There is a maximum voltage of 3.63V for this clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.25V for normal operation. There are 2.25V~3.63V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer.
