PL123-05NSC Overview


A 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used for packaging. It is available in the case Tube. It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 134MHz. There are 8 terminations in it. The supply voltage of 1.8V is capable of providing high efficiency. As far as I can tell, it is mounted by Surface Mount.
