As far as the case type is concerned, the cut smart buffer is available in 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package attached to it. For normal operation, 140MHz is the maximum value. A total of 8 terminations can be found in it. It is possible to achieve high efficiency with a 3.3V supply voltage.
