As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, Crystal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. 100MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 1.7V~1.9V available for use with this clock PLL. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~105°C TA should be set. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with CMOS, HCSL logic levels.
