There is a case option of 48-TQFP available for this clock divider. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package attached to it. It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 500MHz. It has 48 terminations in it, which means that it is terminated. With a voltage of 3.3V, high efficiency is possible. As a result, it will be mounted by Surface Mount in this case. Electronic parts classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Multiplexer are considered to be safety components. It is recommended to set the temperature to -40°C~85°C so the system can perform reliably. 3V~3.6V V power should work with it. It has been positioned in the way of Surface Mount. Buffer IC is CMOS, LVPECL that is output. In order for the timeing clock to operate, it is connected to the 48 pins. This is a member of the family of PI6C485352.
