There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package attached to it. It has 20 terminations in it, which means that it is terminated. With a voltage of 3.3V, high efficiency is possible. There is a pin count of 20 on timeing clock. There is a circuit clock contained within Clock Drivers that is responsible for this function. The gadget belongs to the FCT family of clock buffers. It's set to 3.6V for the maximum supply voltage (Vsup). LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is the value of the logic IC used.
