PI49FCT3805DQEX Overview


It contains 20 terminations. Supply voltages of 3.3V enable high efficiency. The clock buffer contains 20 pins. A cut smart buffer of this type is contained in Clock Drivers. The buffer IC belongs to the FCT family. This is set to 3.6V for the maximum supply voltage. Logic IC with LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER value is used in this circuit. It is recommended to keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 3V to ensure normal operation. There is a 3.3V volt supply that powers the timeing clock. There are currently 5 true outputs available in the system. For stable operation, the maximum operating temperature is 85°C°C. In order to guarantee reliability, the timeing clock operates at a minimum temperature of -40°C degrees Celsius.
