The clock divider is packaged in a 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) case. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) packaged with it. The maximum value for normal operation is 80MHz. A total of 20 terminations can be found in it. Supply voltages of 3.3V allow for high efficiency. As far as I can tell, it is mounted by Surface Mount.
