PI49FCT3802QEX Overview


It is available in the case QSOP for this cut smart buffer. The package is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 156MHz. Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount. In order for the timeing clock to operate, it is connected to the 16 pins. The clock switch operates at a minimum working temperature of -40°C in order to maintain reliability. In order to ensure stable operation, the maximum operating temperature must be set to 85°C. By default, the output of the circuit clock is set to 5. It is capable of handling a maximum supply voltage of 3.6VV. As low as possible, it can be worked with a source voltage of 3V, or as close to that as possible. Maintaining a 3.3V supply voltage ensures maximum efficiency. It consumes 100nA quiescent current and is unaffected by external factors.
