PDB-C150SMF Overview


As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). The photodiodes are put into TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages for safety protection. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 50V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 50V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 2nA.
