In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The 32-LQFP package embeds this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 240. It contains 32 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency.
