It is packaged in an TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA-case that protects the operational amplifiers from damage. An op amp ic of the Power type. Instrumentation amplifier is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. A total of 7 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. Buffer amplifier has a total of 7 pins on it.
