OPA365AIDBVR Description


The OPA365AIDBVR is a rail-to-rail high-performance CMOS Operational Amplifier (ADC) designed for single-supply applications with very low voltage. They're perfect for driving sampling analog-to-digital converters since they have rail-to-rail input/output, low noise, and high-speed operations (50MHz gain bandwidth) (ADCs). Cell phone power amplifier control loops are well-suited for the OPA365 series of operational amplifiers. Excellent common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR), no input stage crossover distortion, high input impedance, and rail-to-rail input and output swing are just a few of the unique qualities. Both the negative and positive supplies are included in the input common-mode range. Within 10 millivolts of the rails, the output voltage swings.
