It is packaged in an 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width)-case that protects the operational amplifiers from damage. J-FET-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. A total of 14 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. Buffer amplifier has a total of 14 pins.
