ODD-900-001 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Digi-Reel? to prevent damage. Photodiodes are protected by SMD/SMT packages in order to ensure their safety. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 170V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes should operate at a temperature of 85°C. But the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -25°C. ?The photodiode operates at 5nA current even in the absence of light input.
