NXFT15XH103FA2B025 Overview


Typically, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Bulk package. It is included in the Bead package for convenience. As a result, the resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±1%. The temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C in order to ensure reliable performance. An NTC thermistor with a total of 2 terminations is presented here. The NTC thermistors must have the 2 pins connected for them to work properly. A component of the electronic system is capable of absorbing power dissipation of 0.0075W. In general, NTC thermistors dissipate 100mW of energy. If the maximum current of the NTC thermistors is set to 120μA, then the fuse element will not suffer too much degradation.
