NTND31225CZTAG Description


Two specialized N-Channel MOSFETs are included in this twin MLP packaging device. To make it easier to insert and route synchronous buck converters, the switch node has been internally connected. For optimal power efficiency, the control MOSFET (Q1) and synchronous SyncFETTM (Q2) have been constructed.
