Packaged with a Tape & Reel (TR) are NTC thermistors. It is included in the 1206 (3216 Metric) package for convenience. When using NTC thermistors, the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. NTC thermistors are capable of reliable operation at a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. n order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors are rated for operation at a minimum temperature of -40°C. To ensure that NTC thermistors work properly, their 2 pins must be connected.
