NTHS0805N17N2003JE Overview


Thermistors from NTC come in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR) package. In order to make it as convenient as possible, it has been included in the 0805 (2012 Metric) package. A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to operate. NTC thermistors are reliable when operating at 125°C. In order to preserve reliability, NTC thermistors should not be operated at temperatures below -40°C. It should be noted that these NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminations.
