NTC thermistors have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to function properly. NTC thermistors are capable of reliable operation at a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. At -40°C, NTC thermistors are reliable. The NTC thermistors will not function properly unless the 2 pins are connected.
