NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C temperature to ensure reliable performance. NTC thermistors are reliable when operating at 125°C. n order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors are rated for operation at a minimum temperature of -40°C. To ensure that NTC thermistors work properly, their 2 pins must be connected.
