NTCS0805E3474FXT Overview


NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Tape & Reel (TR). In order to make things easier, it is included in the package 0805 (2012 Metric). A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±1% in order to operate. The temperature setting of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~150°C for reliable performance. It should be noted that these NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminations. It is imperative to connect the 2 pins of the NTC thermistors in order to make it work. A NTC thermistors is capable of dissipating a maximum of 210mW of power.
