NTCS0805E3104SMT Overview


It is common to find NTC thermistors packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). In order to make things easier, it is included in the package 0805 (2012 Metric). A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±1% in order to operate. To ensure reliable performance, the temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C. Temperatures of 125°C provide reliable operation of NTC thermistors. In order to preserve reliability, NTC thermistors should not be operated at temperatures below -40°C. To make an NTC thermistor work properly, it needs to have the 2 pins connected. Temperatures can be set by the NTC thermistors to 210mW at any time. There is a maximum power dissipation of 210mW for NTC thermistors.
