NTCS0805E3103JHT Overview


Packaged with a Tape & Reel (TR) are NTC thermistors. I have included it in package 0805 (2012 Metric) for convenience. The resistance tolerance of NTC thermistors is ±5%. NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~150°C temperature in order to provide reliable performance. NTC thermistors are capable of reliable operation at a maximum operating temperature of 150°C. In order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors can be operated at a minimum temperature of -40°C. To make NTC thermistors work, the 2 pins must be connected. The thermistors set their maximum power to 210mW. A NTC thermistors is capable of dissipating a maximum of 210mW of power.
